Technical Questions

When you registered for an account, you should have received a welcome email with a verification link. If you did not click that link, your account will not be active and you will not be able to log in until you activate it.

Pre-sale

No, you cannot change the ingredients of any meal.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
If you place an order after that time your delivery will be pushed to the following week for delivery.
Wednesday pick-up must be canceled by Sunday before 11:59pm. Sunday pick-up/delivery must be canceled by Thursday before 11:59pm. If your request for a refund/cancellation is past our deadline the customer is responsible for full payment. Although you may request delivery/pick-up get pushed back to the following week.
Every 90 days we rotate approx 75% of the meals on the menu. Once a meal is off the menu, it cannot be ordered until it becomes available again.

Delivery & Pickup

Order pick up is available at your designated location.

Orders placed Sunday Morning - Wednesday night are picked up OR delivered on Sunday.

Orders placed Thursday Morning - Saturday night are picked up on Wednesday - There are no deliveries on Wednesdays.

Yes, but we encourage haste due to expiration dates.
There is a 10 meal minimum for deliveries. Delivery charge is $15 per drop off for Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Current delivery areas: Nassau and Western Suffolk County (No deliveries east of Route 112)

Orders placed by Wednesday night are delivered on Sunday. Sunday drop off times will vary.

You will receive a text message the morning of. There are no scheduled deliveries and times will vary.
We deliver all meals inside high-quality Hot/Cold bags with an ice pack. We do this so the meals can stay cold for longer if you are not home to accept delivery.
Orders are delivered in a Hot/Cold bag with ice packs. Meals can hold temperature for a few hours outside if someone is not able to accept delivery. During summer months, please have a neighbor or family member transfer the meals to a refrigerator if you are not home.
Meals need to be stored in the refrigerator to preserve freshness. If your meal hits the expiration date stamped on the label, it must be frozen.
The Hot/Cold bag and ice pack that came with the first meal order must be returned to the driver for any future reorders. A fee of $5.00 will be incurred if the bag and pack are not returned. Bags and ice packs are sanitized and reused to reduce waste and impact on the environment.
